US DOT–SAP/Probation Substance Abuse Supportive Outpatient Program Online Education + Addiction Recovery Coaching

Program Overview US DOT–SAP Substance Abuse Supportive Outpatient Program Online Education & Addiction Recovery Coaching This program is a collaborative, two‑part approach designed to meet U.S. Department of Transportation – Substance Abuse Probation requirements while supporting lasting recovery. 1. Addiction Recovery Coaching: All coaching sessions are conducted by a certified coach in accordance with the online educational content. This ensures that every participant receives professional, evidence‑based coaching that meets both court/probation standards and DOT–SAP compliance requirements. 2. Addiction Recovery Coaching Alongside online education, participants engage in a structured online curriculum that blends: Trauma‑informed recovery education Skills for emotional regulation and relapse prevention Coaching strategies for personal growth and accountability Interactive exercises, journaling, and progress tracking How It Works Assessment & Plan: Your certified coach completes the process and creates a long term recovery plan. Coaching Sessions: You attend scheduled outpatient coaching sessions with a certified recovery coach. Online Modules: You complete self‑paced lessons, videos, and assignments that reinforce your coaching sessions. Progress Reporting: Your coaching team coordinate to track milestones and provide documentation for Court/Probation/DOT compliance. Who This Program Serves: Individuals referred by Court/Probation/DOT–SAP Those seeking a structured, supportive outpatient program that integrates addiction recovery coaching with practical recovery tools

Step 1 – Enrollment 🧑‍🏫 Rehabilitation Coach

Guides you through enrollment. Helps you download your Coaching Journal/Logbook. Connects you with your Online Instructor.

Step 2 – Onboarding Entry Evaluation 👩‍⚕️ Certified Recovery Coach

Conducts the onboarding entry evaluation. Creates your individualized recovery plan. Monitors your progress and provides support.

Step 3 – Your Mental Health Team

Mental Health Teamwork: Online Psychologist: Monitors your progress through live group coaching/discussion sessions. Addiction Recovery Coach: Supports you in completing online modules, journaling, and staying on track.

Step 4 – Logbook Submission 🧑‍🏫 Rehabilitation Coach

Conducts your exit interview. Submits your completed Coaching Journal/Logbook to your court/probation for review.

Step 5 – Exit Evaluation 👩‍⚕️ Addiction Recovery Coach

Reviews your logbook and progress. Conducts the final recovery evaluation. Confirms program completion.

Step 6 – Certificate Issued 🧑‍🏫 Health Psychologist

Receives clearance from your Recovery Coach. Issues your Certificate of Completion Court/Probation/US DOT-SAP compliant, employer, or other relevant parties.
